Due to the global pandemic, the majority of Christmas events where I live were all, rightfully, cancelled. However, as PNE Winter Lights is an event you drive through, they were allowed to continue with a restriction on how many cars could go through at once. I went with my Mother and my young niece and it was a spot of fun in an otherwise, dreary month of December.
