Disneyland (2013)

Another year, another trip to a Disney property during Halloween. I miss the way Halloween was at the parks back then, as it was a lot less busy. You could buy tickets the day of sometimes instead of buying them 4 or 5 months in advance. I just miss when the parks were not jammed all year round, at all hours of the day.

I stayed at Best Western Stovall’s Inn, which was okay and is located just down from where Paradise Pier used to be (which is now Pixar-themed). It was a nice place, but I wouldn’t recommend staying on this side of the park and sticking to the hotels around the main entrance. To get to the park, you have to walk up past the Pixar Hotel through Grand Californian and then up to the entrance.
